Our cashmere, also called pashm , comes from Changra goats, whose fur is finer than silk thread, very light, extremely soft, and has an enormous thermal insulation capacity. The goats are herded by nomads in the Chantang region - an extensive plateau with altitudes above 4500m, which begins in the Ladakh region in India, extending to Tibet .
