Exchange and Return Policy - PashmaTouch
At PashmaTouch, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with purchases made in our online store. Our Exchange and Return policy follows the rules established by the Consumer Protection Code (insert CDC link).
Application Deadline
You have up to 7 calendar days , from the date you receive the product, to request an exchange or return, as long as the product is unused and in perfect condition .
Exchange and Return Conditions
If the product has been received with any discrepancy , such as open or damaged packaging, or if the item does not match the order placed, please contact us immediately through our service channels.
Exchange Options
- You can exchange the product for another item available in our store, of equal value or paying the difference, if any.
- If you prefer, we can provide credit for future purchases , valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Return Options
- The full value of the product will be refunded, provided that the request is made within 7 calendar days after receipt.

Important: The returned product must show no signs of use , with all tags and in the original packaging . The return will be made through the Post Office, at no cost to the customer, using a reverse logistics code that we will send. This code can be used at any Post Office to post the product.
Refund of Values
- The amounts will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- For payments made by credit card, the refund will occur within 1 (one) invoice following the date of authorization of the return, depending on the invoice closing date and the card administrator's policy.
